Production Delivery Manager

Overview

Join The Cadillac Formula 1® Team as a Production Delivery Manager in Silverstone and help shape the future of a brand‑new F1® team backed by TWG Global and GM. You’ll be at the heart of getting us on the grid – managing parts delivery, manufacturing schedules, and production flow across engineering.

Responsibilities

• Process design releases into manufacturing to meet build and development targets.
• Maintain stock levels and schedule re‑orders of existing parts, coordinating manufacturing schedules to ensure all project targets are achieved.
• Ensure on‑time delivery of parts across designated engineering sections, handling engineering changes and managing Bills of Materials (BoMs).
• Report production progress and issues proactively to stakeholders.
• Identify and report deviations from project plans to manage risks and set realistic expectations.
• Develop a thorough understanding of and contribute to the ongoing development of the company’s ERP system.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of basic engineering principles, with good knowledge of machining and composite manufacturing processes.
• Deep understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
• Prior experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
• Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Ideally experience working in high‑performance teams such as motorsport or aerospace.
• Familiarity with Bill of Materials management.
• Additional security checks may be required, including a background check covering a minimum of the past five years and a criminal record check.
