As a Branch Manager, you will lead a team in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment. Your leadership will set the tone for everything that happens in-store, prioritise commercial success, and drive local outreach to build trade relationships and community connections.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example – inspire and motivate your team to deliver outstanding customer service while balancing speed, quality, and digital convenience.
• Create a great store culture – foster an environment where everyone feels valued, included, and motivated to perform at their best.
• Deliver results – take ownership of store KPI, Profit and Loss, driving performance across Customer Service, Operational Priorities, and People.
• Collaboration – represent your store during high‑profile visits, stay curious about the external market, and feed insights that help the store, Area, and wider business adapt and thrive.
• Make it your own – support multi‑skilling so colleagues can flex between counter, picking, delivery support, and local outreach activities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven retail leader with strong commercial success.

• Confident communicator who leads from the front.

• Strong people leader who can coach, spot and develop talent and prioritise colleague well‑being.
