Job Summary
A Project Manager based in Leeds will lead and assist on a number of current and new projects, working across public and private sectors on capital projects from initial feasibility through to completion on site. The appointment is at Associate Director level with a series of targets agreed to help the candidate develop within the business and to contribute to the growth of the Leeds Building & Project Consultancy (BPC) team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and assist on current and new projects across public and private sectors.
- Oversee projects from initial feasibility through to completion on site.
- Develop and maintain client relationships, including prospecting new clients.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and support the development of team members.
- Support procurement processes, consultant appointments and contractual administration.
- Provide client‑focused outputs and deliver presentations using modern presentation tools.
Qualifications
- Qualified BS/PM/QS with more than 5 years RICS PQE.
- Experience in both public and private sectors.
- Strong commercial aptitude and knowledge of professional services, development processes, procurement and construction contracts.
- Excellent technical skills in modern surveying and construction techniques.
- Proficiency with MS Project and related software.
