Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Fineline VAR, a subsidiary of Fineline Global, is looking for a proactive Warehouse and Logistics Manager who excels in customer service and building strong relationships with clients, suppliers and delivery partners. The manager will play a key role in supporting customers while overseeing logistics services including warehousing, distribution, customs and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Produce delivery notes and ensure picking lists are fulfilled accurately when an order is placed.
• Arrange appropriate shipments with couriers and customers.
• Book customer deliveries and register shipments accurately.
• Monitor and track shipments.
• Support the warehouse team as required to meet deadlines, including picking, packing, forklift driving and unloading.
• Proactively manage shipments and provide customer updates when needed.
• Respond to customer communications by email and telephone.
• Coordinate with end customers regarding onward logistics and delivery paperwork requirements.
• Work with account managers to meet customer needs and expectations.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics.
• Maintain internal systems and inventory accuracy, ensuring updates are made regularly.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties in line with the needs of the company and its clients.

Work Experience Requirements

• Customer service focused.
• Computer literate.
• Knowledge and experience of logistics/transportation (desirable).
• Knowledge and experience of working within a distribution warehouse and its associated management systems (desirable).
• Forklift training will be provided; a forklift VNA licence is an advantage.

Education Requirements

OLevel / GCSE minimum (or equivalent).
