Facilities Manager

Overview

Join the team at St Neots Neurological Centre as a Facilities Manager. This role works 37.5 hours per week and focuses on ensuring the facilities are safe and fit for purpose.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facilities are fit for purpose, regularly conduct audits to identify and repair faults.
• Plan and respond to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and emergency calls.
• Maintain an active role on the Senior Management Team and report directly to the Registered Manager.
• Coordinate and support contractors on site, completing all paperwork and tool checks.
• Provide out-of-hours assistance as required.
• Support the completion of PPM checks on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and carry out audits when needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar facilities management role within healthcare or a comparable industry.
• General building trade experience and knowledge of electrical, mechanical and building maintenance.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
