Join Guildprime Specialist Contracts Ltd and work on prestigious high‑end fit‑out and refurbishment projects across luxury residential, retail, hospitality and commercial sectors.

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional projects in fast‑paced, high‑specification environments.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing valuations, cost reporting, forecasts and applications for payment
• Monitoring project budgets, variations and commercial performance
• Supporting procurement and subcontractor management
• Administering JCT contracts and assisting with final accounts
• Working closely with project, design, and site teams to drive commercial success
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and suppliers

What We’re Looking For

• 3–5 years’ Quantity Surveying experience within construction or fit‑out
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC desirable)
• Experience with valuations, variations and cost control
• Excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills
• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Commercially aware, proactive and detail‑focused
