As aSenior Product Designer in our digital customerexperience team, you’ll deliver high-quality designs, driveimprovements to digital journeys, and be accountable for outcomesthat reflect our brand and meet customerneeds.
Sitting within theCustomer Experience Centre of Excellence, you’ll support CXstrategy and portfolio design excellence across the UK &Ireland. From joining Sky to engaging with our latest services,we’re driven by one purpose: to create better experiences for ourcustomers.
Whatyou’ll do:
- Deliverworld-class, intuitive, evidence-based experiences across web andnative platforms
- Provide design vision andguidance, and use research insights and data to champion thecustomer voice and align it with business strategy.
- Partner with product managers, architects, analysts andengineers to ensure solutions meet user needs, business goals, andtechnical requirements.
- Run workshops, createuser journey maps and champion AI tools to drive efficiency andcreativity.
- Support delivery with a focus onaccessibility, CX KPIs, and scalable designsystems.
Whatyou’ll bring:
- Provenexperience delivering high-quality, accessible, large-scale digitalproducts and services across responsive web and native applicationswhile working in large design team
- AdvancedFigma skills, including prototyping using tokens and variables,previous contribution to large-scale component libraries andauditing design files for clarity.
- Experienceusing research methods and lab/online platforms to conductusability testing to understand customer needs, reduce friction andimprove ease of use.
- Proficient in dataanalytics tools such as Adobe Analytics, with the ability to tracksuccess metrics, interpret user behaviour, and validatejourneys.
- Clear, confident storytelling withadaptability and a growth mindset in fast-pacedenvironments.
