An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer to join a leading global facilities management provider supporting a high-profile commercial portfolio across Royal Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for an experienced engineer with a strong background in building services maintenance who is looking to join a company that offers excellent training, long-term career progression, and opportunities to grow within a global organisation.

The Role

As a Mobile Multiskilled Engineer, you will be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial sites. You will ensure all systems operate efficiently while maintaining the highest safety and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
  • Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance across building services systems
  • Fault finding and repairing plant and equipment
  • Maintenance of systems such as AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors, lighting, and basic HVAC equipment
  • Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety and compliance regulations
  • Complete job reports and documentation accurately
  • Participate in a call-out rota

Requirements

  • Experience working as a Multiskilled Engineer within commercial building maintenance
  • Electrical or mechanical qualifications (City & Guilds / NVQ or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to work independently across multiple sites
