Marketing and Visitor Experience Officer

Bletchley and Fenny Stratford Town Council is looking for a proactive, creative, and community-focused Marketing and Visitor Experience Officer to support the council with their community engagement.

About the role

This is a key supporting role where you’ll:

• Assist the team with the delivery of marketing activities to promote our services, facilities and visitor offer.
• Create and update content for social media, websites, newsletters and other promotional materials.
• Provide a welcoming and informative experience for visitors, responding to enquiries and supporting customer engagement.
• Collect and maintain marketing and visitor information, helping to monitor activity and identify opportunities for improvement.
