- Carry out sub-assembly and final assembly work to a high standard.
- Assemble a range of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electronic components.
- Build complex fabricated assemblies from scratch using a variety of fitting skills.
- Ensure all work meets drawings, specifications, and supervisor instructions.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety policies and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Perform additional duties to support the production team when required.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in a mechanical or engineering environment.
- Ability to read and interpret manufacturing and assembly drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Skilled in the use of hand and power tools.
- Ability to verify assemblies for correct alignment, dimensions, and overall quality.
- Experience in vehicle fitting/fabrication is an advantage.
- Background in Aerospace, Military, Marine, or related industries preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
