Our client is a supplier into the motor industry and currently have an opportunity for a Trade Counter Salesperson to join their team.

Duties and Responsibilities
– Identify needs to recommend the best products
– Taking orders from existing customers
– Developing and building new customer connections
– Making calls, connecting with businesses and building relationships
– Helping customers resolve issues by phone, email and in person
– Keeping company CRM information up to date
– Meeting realistic KPIs set by the company
What we are Looking for
– A minimum of 1 year sales experience
– Good literacy and numeracy skills
– Effective communicator, able to build rapport easily
– A minimum of 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) Grade C or above, including English and Maths
– Previous experience working to targets
– Self-motivated
– An interest in the auto industry is desirable
– Knowledge and experience of the auto industry is beneficial but not essential
Hours of Work:Mon-Fri 9:00am-5:30pm
Salary:£27,000 basic, with opportunity to earn £35,000-£40,0000
