Job Description:

Two Admin Clerks required immediately to work full time in the Hospital Head Quarters within Craigavon Area Hospital.

This is a temporary role for a minimum of 6months with possible extension the working hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday with a pay rate of £12.71 per hour.

You will undertake a range of admin support duties including: word processing, creating excel spreadsheets, records management, filing patients records, scanning, photocopying and arranging files based on categories and schedule of disposals provision of admin support to management and the team.

Deal with incoming/outgoing mail and ensure that mail is distributed and re-directed appropriately to relevant staff and in a timely manner.

What We Need From You

– 4 GCSEs at Grade C or above to include English (or equivalent)

– One year administrative experience

– Experience in the use of Microsoft Office

– Willing to complete a Access NI Police check
