Position Overview
Denroy Limited is looking for an organised and proactive Graduate Production Planner to support our busy manufacturing operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a career in production planning while assisting with production schedules, materials availability, stock accuracy and day-to-day coordination across planning, production, procurement and operations. The successful candidate will be detail-focused, confident communicating with different teams and eager to develop their skills within a fast-paced, supportive manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Production Planner with the preparation, maintenance and communication of production schedules.
- Assist in monitoring material availability to help ensure production requirements are met on time.
- Liaise with production, procurement, warehouse and operations teams to support smooth day-to-day planning activities.
- Update and maintain planning records, stock information and related documentation accurately.
- Help identify potential shortages, delays or planning issues and escalate them in a timely manner.
- Support the coordination of priorities to meet customer demand and production targets.
- Assist with data entry, reporting and general administrative tasks within the planning function.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by helping to maintain accurate information and efficient planning processes
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Degree, HNC, HND or equivalent qualification in Manufacturing, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline.
- For HNC/HND qualifications min of 2 year working in a manufacturing environment.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret and present information clearly.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the confidence to work with colleagues across production, quality and engineering.
- Proactive, organised and willing to learn, with a practical approach to solving problems in a manufacturing environment.
