Mechanic (3+ years’ Experience) (Full Time Permanent)

Hours: Monday-Friday 7.30 am-5.15 pm

Purpose of the position: This job will apply to mechanical advice in relation to passenger and light commercial industrial vehicles. The duties will include inspection, advice, and repair.

Responsibilities:

• Carry out domestic and light commercial vehicle repairs and servicing
• Work to manufacturers specifications and quality guidelines
• Answering of telephones and providing customer quotations and pricing jobs
• Fault analysis and implementation of solutions
• Follow workplace occupational health and safety procedures
• Use and maintain workplace tools and equipment
• Contribute to workplace communication
• Dispose of waste and maintain a tidy work area
• Work with colleagues and customers
• Receive and store stock
• Maintain industrial machinery in a soil free condition
• Any other duty as may be required by management
• Clean driving licence
