Support Worker required to work alongside our client, the Northern Trust, to work at Hawthorns Adult Centre in
Carrickfergus. This position is available for an immediate start, initially for a minimum of 3 months, with the possibility of
extension. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00am 3:30pm, with a pay rate of £12.75 per hour.
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing care and support to adults with physical disabilities,
sensory impairments, and learning disabilities. This is a highly interactive and rewarding role where you will support
service users in their daily activities within the centre, assist with social and recreational programmes, supervise and
support outings, and help promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing.
What We Need From You:
- Experience in a Healthcare setting (preferable with Learning Disabilities)
- To be NISCC registered, or willing to apply
- Willingness to undergo an enhanced Access NI check
