This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide dedicated support multiple Directors while also contributing to the smooth operation of the wider business.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting senior leadership, managing day-to-day priorities and ensuring effective communication and coordination across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
Core Executive Support
- Complex diary and calendar management across multiple stakeholders
- Inbox management and correspondence drafting
- Meeting coordination, agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Travel planning and itinerary management
- Gatekeeping and prioritisation of competing demands
- Preparation of board packs, reports and presentations
Operational & Business Support
- Project coordination and follow-up on key actions
- Process improvement and workflow optimisation
- Event planning and execution
- Budget tracking and expense management
- Office operations and facilities coordination
Stakeholder Management
- Acting as a trusted liaison between senior leaders and stakeholders
- Building relationships across all levels of the business
- Managing confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Client-facing communication and relationship management
- Influencing and coordinating across multiple teams
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience as a PA, EA or business support professional
- Exceptional diary, inbox and workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
- Experience preparing reports, meeting packs, agendas and confidential documentation.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to coordinate projects business initiatives.
- Ability to anticipate needs, proactively solve problems and provide solutions before issues arise.
- Strong stakeholder management skills – confident building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience handling sensitive information with professionalism, discretion and sound judgement.
- Commercial awareness with an understanding of business operations and senior leadership priorities.
- Ability to improve processes, streamline workflows and support operational efficiency.
