We’re partnering with one of Northern Ireland’s leading corporate law firms to recruit an ambitious Corporate Solicitor to join its growing Corporate & M&A team.

The Opportunity
Working alongside highly regarded corporate partners, you’ll advise on a broad range of sophisticated matters, including:
- Mergers & acquisitions
- Private equity and venture capital transactions
- Corporate restructurings and reorganisations
- Shareholder agreements and investments
- Joint ventures
- Corporate governance and commercial advisory work
- Cross-border and multi-jurisdictional transactions
The team acts for clients across a diverse range of sectors, including technology, energy, hospitality, retail and professional services, providing exposure to complex, high-value work from the outset.

About You
We’re keen to speak with qualified solicitors who:
- Are qualified in Northern Ireland and/or England & Wales
- Have approximately 2-6 years’ PQE in Corporate or Commercial law
- Possess strong technical and drafting skills
- Are commercially minded and enjoy building client relationships
- Want to work on high-quality transactions within a collaborative, ambitious team
- Are looking for genuine career progression in a firm that recognises and rewards performance
