Production Operative
Location: Cottenham, Cambridge (CB24)
Salary: £27,000 per year
Working Hours
Monday to Friday on a rotating shift pattern:
· Week 1: 06:00 – 14:00
· Week 2: 13:45 – 22:00
Role Overview:
365 People Ltd are seeking a Production Operative to join its team. This is a hands-on role combining manufacturing and warehouse duties within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operating machinery including laser cutters, CNC machines, and UV printers
· Picking, packing, and dispatching orders
· Working with acrylic and perspex materials
· Meeting daily production targets
· Carrying out general warehouse and housekeeping duties
Requirements:
· Previous production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
· Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
· Strong reliability and attendance
· Comfortable performing repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
