Quantity Surveyor – Fit Out
Manchester (City Centre) | £52,500–£62,500 | Hybrid / Flexible working

We’re hiring a driven Quantity Surveyor to join a fast-growing construction business delivering high-quality refurbishments and fit-outs. This is a hands-on role for someone who sweats the detail, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You’ll be joining a young, innovative team with strong investment, a client-first mindset, and a pipeline of projects ranging from £250k–£15m based round the North West.
What you’ll do
- Cradle-to-grave commercial management (with support)
- Support procurement and manage subcontract packages end-to-end
- Provide a personable, proactive service to clients, putting them first
- Manage costs and risk from internal and external perspectives
- Price variations and support tenders
- Manage invoices, raise POs, and track costs
- Collaborate with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
What we’re looking for
- Experience working for a contractor
- Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with solid organisational skills
- Competent with Excel and measurement software (e.G. Bluebeam)
- Understanding of JCT contracts
- Proactive mindset and ambition to develop
- Min 5 years experience QSing – This is not mandatory, problem solver and keen learner priority!
