Job description – the role

On behalf of PwC, we are looking for a Financial Crime MI Analyst for a 5 Months contract based Remotely (UK ad hoc travels involved).

Join us as a Financial Crime MI Analyst

We are looking for an experienced MI Analyst with a strong background in Financial Crime to support a high-profile client engagement. This role will focus on developing insightful MI and Tableau dashboards, enabling effective monitoring of analyst performance, quality outcomes, and operational trends.

What you’ll do:

  • Design, build and maintain Tableau dashboards to support Financial Crime operations and performance monitoring.
  • Develop and deliver management information (MI) reporting that provides clear insights into quality, productivity and operational outcomes.
  • Analyse data trends and identify opportunities for process improvement and enhanced operational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and translate them into effective dashboard solutions.
  • Support Agile delivery teams by contributing to reporting workstreams and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across reporting outputs and management information packs.

Candidate Profile: Key accountabilities, skills & experience

  • Proven experience as an MI Analyst within a Financial Crime environment.
  • Strong Tableau dashboard development and data visualisation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience producing management information and performance reporting.
  • Experience working with modern data platforms and large datasets.
  • Strong data analysis, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
