We are seeking an experienced and motivated Demolition Contracts Manager to oversee demolition projects from initial planning through to successful completion. This is a key management position, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards while maintaining excellent relationships with clients, subcontractors, and operational teams. Manage multiple demolition contracts from pre-start through to completion. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Liaise with clients, consultants, site managers, subcontractors, and suppliers throughout each project. Monitor project progress, costs, programmes, and resource allocation. Prepare and manage contract documentation, variations, and commercial reporting. Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and quality requirements. Provide leadership and support to site management teams. Proven experience in contract management within the demolition or construction industry. A thorough understanding of demolition methods, construction processes, and current health and safety legislation. Strong commercial and contractual awareness. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A full UK driving licence. CCDO, SMSTS or equivalent industry qualifications. NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate.
