Operating within a fast-paced sewing production environment, you will be working with a vast range of materials and designs, producing items of soft furnishings for sofas, chairs, and beds. You will spend an initial 12-week period within our Sewing Academy where you will be trained on our models and techniques, before entering one of our production sewing rooms.*Basic troubleshooting skills for sewing machines.* Ability to work as part of a sewing production team or individually, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.*An experienced lockstitch machinist with a clear understanding of how an industrial lockstitch machine operates, able to produce consistently high-quality work, at a good rate of pace and in line with our production needs and demands.* Ability to work with different fabric types and adjust machine settings accordingly.* Strong attention to detail and quality orientated.* 30 days holiday* Staff discount on our products* High street discount scheme* Formal and informal training opportunities* Full time: *Monday to Thursday 6:30am to 3:00pmm, Friday 6:30am to 2:00pm*Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Health & wellbeing programme* Life insurance* On-site parking…
