Head of IT

We’re supporting a rapidly growing technology business that’s investing heavily in its internal technology capability and looking for an experienced Head of IT to lead the next phase of its IT evolution.

This is an opportunity to build and shape an internal IT function, moving services in-house whilst improving governance, security, operational maturity and the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the IT strategy and roadmap
• Lead IT Operations across infrastructure and end-user services
• Develop cyber security strategy and governance
• Own Microsoft 365 environment and workplace technology
• Drive ISO27001, GDPR and security compliance
• Manage IT suppliers, budgets and contracts
• Improve data governance and systems integration
• Build business continuity and disaster recovery capability
• Lead and develop a high-performing IT team
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align technology with business objectives

• Senior IT leadership experience
• Cyber Security leadership
• IT Service Management
• IT Governance
• Data Governance
• Infrastructure & Networking knowledge
• ISO27001 / GDPR
