We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Senior Engineer / Supervisor with experience in servicing and maintaining commercial refrigeration systems. You will need good diagnostic skills and be confident in your ability to complete work to a high standard and build a good rapport with the customers.
We provide tailored service and maintenance packages to our client base which includes a 24 hour breakdown service to contract customers only and you would share the responsibility for emergency breakdowns with our team of engineers. Our stand-by rota is currently 1 week in 7.
We do not carry out works in the retail/supermarket sectors.
Our ideal candidate would meet the following requirements:
* F-Gas Cat 1* CSCS Gold card / CITB Skills card * IPAF & PASMA * City & Guilds / NVQ 3 refrigeration and air conditioning * Full UK driving license * Ideally based around Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey, Middlesex area * Good communication skills and strong work ethic * Enjoy working as part of a team as well as alone
Desirable experience:
* CO2* A2L * Commissioning * Controls Dixell XWeb/monitoring system
This is a 45-hour per week contract, paid door to door. Overtime paid @ rate of 1.5 Monday-Saturday and Double time on Sunday/Bank Hols. You will be provided with a company van, work phone, tablet, specialist tools, PPE and full uniform to ensure you have everything you need to complete your role to the best possible standard.
