Your role:
As a Senior Residential Care Worker, you will play a crucial role in providing day‑to‑day care and support to children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) and mental health challenges. You will help children develop essential life skills, manage emotions, and build positive relationships. You will work as part of a dedicated team to create a nurturing environment where every child feels valued, loved, respected, and supported.

About you:
- Passionate about caring for children, resilient, enthusiastic, and able to bring fun to direct support.
- Solution‑focused with a positive attitude and holds an appropriate Level 3 qualification.
- Committed to continuing professional development, learning, and working as part of a team.
- Flexible and able to work evenings and weekends on a rota basis.
- Experience working with children in a residential setting or supporting children with EBD and mental health challenges.
- Compassionate and empathetic with a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of vulnerable children.
