Senior Social Worker needed for our Community Health and Social Care Team, in Exeter, Devon paying Up to £35 ph!

• Pay Rate: Up to £35 ph
• Location: Exeter, Devon
• Team: Community Health and Social Care Team
• Working Pattern: Hybrid working – Office & Home (pending service needs). Required to be in the office on negotiable days.

About the Role

In this full‑time position, you will play a key role in delivering high quality, person‑centred social work practice. You will work with adults with a range of complex needs, empowering individuals to live independently and safely while ensuring statutory duties and best practice standards are met.

• Undertake strengths‑based assessments and develop personalised care and support plans
• Work collaboratively with health partners, voluntary services, carers, and families
• Manage a varied and complex caseload with confidence and professionalism
• Apply legislation including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 and safeguarding procedures
• Make defensible decisions that promote wellbeing and positive outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely records in line with organisational and professional standards
