Job Details

Hours of work: 37 hours per week

Working pattern: Full‑time, Term‑time only, working 39 weeks per year plus 6.05 weeks annual leave – which will increase after five years of continuous service.

Fixed term: 12 months

Closing date: Friday 10th July 2026, 9am

Responsibilities

  • Support the college by contributing to a wide range of learning and pastoral activities.
  • Devise and deliver high‑quality, student‑centred support to maximise students’ ability to access learning and thrive at secondary school.
  • Work closely alongside pastoral staff and the attendance team in intervention work with students and parents/carers.

Qualifications

  • DBS enhanced clearance, or currently hold one.
