Role
We currently require an Accounts Administrator to join our busy Stranmillis office. The role is responsible for delivering administrative and accounting duties within the Finance Team, whilst providing a first-class service to clients within a busy working environment. You must be confident, results-driven and committed to our high standard of customer care.
Job Description
Record rental income daily.
Prepare daily payments to landlords.
Prepare bank lodgements when required.
Tenancy Deposit Scheme management.
Rental database management.
Processing new and renewed rental tenancy information.
Processing tenancy checkout paperwork and deposit return.
Collection of Direct Debits.
Rent arrears management.
Provide accounts support to the sales team.
Filing.
Miscellaneous ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years experience in a finance role.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent diligence and organisational skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Determination to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible approach to work.
Previous experience in an Estate/Letting Agency is desirable.
