Responsibilities
- Support registered staff in delivering high‑quality nursing care for all patients requiring care intervention.
- Work alongside the Ward Manager, Deputy Ward Manager and Registered Nurses on a busy, challenging ward.
- Use initiative and work independently while demonstrating strong teamwork skills.
- Maintain good relationships across professional and organisational boundaries.
Qualifications
- Experience within a care setting is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self‑motivated, organised and flexible in approach.
- Ability to work independently using initiative while supporting team working.
- Clear vision for best practice and ability to develop relationships across boundaries.
Welsh Language (Desirable)
Speaking & Listening skills at Level 3 (equivalent to CEFRB2) or above.

- Regular contact with the Ward Manager regarding professional development.
