Senior Healthcare Support Worker – Standish Ward

We are seeking a Senior Healthcare Support Worker to work on Standish Ward on a fixed-term basis covering maternity leave.

Responsibilities

• Provide a range of personal care for patients.
• Perform clinical duties under the guidance of a registered healthcare professional.
• Conduct tasks following training and meet competency within the role as per policy and procedure.
• Work independently while being part of a team, using own initiative.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, drive and passion to deliver outstanding levels of care.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Certificate in Health and Social Care or the Care Certificate.
• Excellent communication skills, flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of a busy area.
• Efficiency, reliability, and ability to work independently.
