Responsibilities
- Assist in delivering personal care such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support, treating residents with respect and dignity.
- Safely assist with medication administration under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
- Monitor residents’ health, take vital signs, and promptly report any changes.
- Contribute to the development and updating of residents’ care plans to ensure personal‑centred care.
- Foster a positive, compassionate environment for residents and families, building meaningful connections.
Qualifications
An NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care is essential. We value compassion, dedication and a genuine interest in connecting with residents.
