Responsibilities

• Installing and finishing bathrooms to a high standard within reinstatement and restoration projects.
• Carrying out basic plumbing work (no heating systems required).
• Installing wall and floor tiling to a high commercial standard across reinstatement and restoration projects.
• Preparing surfaces, including levelling, waterproofing, and ensuring substrates are suitable for tiling.
• Cutting and fitting a variety of tiles including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone.
• Ensuring finished work meets high standards of accuracy, alignment, and durability.
• Working professionally in customers’ homes and properties, maintaining a clean and respectful working environment.
• Travelling to client sites within a 70-mile radius of our Redditch office.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years’ experience as a professional tiler.
• Experience as a Bathroom Fitter, installing floor and wall tiling to a commercial-quality finish.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer‑focused attitude, clear communication, and willingness to go the extra mile.
• Note: This is not a self‑employed, CIS, or Sole Trader opportunity.
