Roadside Technician – RAC

Join the RAC as a Roadside Technician in the Milton Keynes cluster. You will be part of the Patrol division, delivering mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support across the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Tackle a variety of roadside incidents – from flat batteries and tyre changes to complex fault-finding.
• Offer prompt, confident solutions and reassurance to members during roadside emergencies.
• Operate the RAC van, use diagnostic tools, and maintain roadside equipment.

Qualifications

• Level2 Light Vehicle Maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2years of post‑qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Customer‑focused approach and strong communication skills.
