Senior Mechanical Estimator – Tender Lead

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Mechanical Estimator or Senior Mechanical Estimator to join their pre-construction team in Portsmouth. This role involves preparing tenders for mechanical building services projects with values ranging from £1m to £5m, focusing on HVAC and other mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in M&E Building Services, excellent analytical and organisational skills, and familiarity with Ensign estimating software. The remuneration package includes a salary range of £70,000-£90,000, an annual bonus, pension scheme, and other benefits.
