Process Technician – Moulding CI Lead & Tool Change

Proftech Talent is seeking a permanent Process Technician for their Banbury client. This role entails optimizing and maintaining the operation of mould production processes, ensuring quality and on-time delivery. Successful candidates should have over 5 years in processing, knowledge of injection mould tools, and a collaborative mindset.

The position offers a competitive salary of £47,000 and benefits including 25 days holiday and a pension scheme. Working hours are 40 hours per week with a 3 shift rotation.
