Plumber – Property Services (Multi-Trade)

Location: Harrow, Stanmore, Edgware and Northolt. Employment type: Full Time, Temporary to Permanent. Salary: £24.00 per hour. Start date: ASAP.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out plumbing repairs and maintenance on domestic properties
• Completing associated multi‑trade works where required
• Providing a high level of customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and efficiently
• Participating in a rotational on‑call schedule for emergency repairs

Requirements

• Must hold an NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing
• Must have a full UK manual driving licence
• Must have a Basic DBS Check
• Must hold Asbestos Awareness certification (UKATA or IATP)
• Must have previous social housing or domestic maintenance experience
