Shift – 2pm – 10:00pm – 5 days per week (Monday – Friday)

We’re looking for a hands‑on Production Manager to join Sharps Furniture Group, the UK’s market leader in fitted furniture.

What you’ll do

• Lead and motivate a team of around 25 operatives
• Keep production running efficiently, safely, and on target
• Deliver KPIs while maintaining high quality standards
• Troubleshoot issues on shift with a hands‑on approach
• Drive continuous improvement across the production line

What you’ll need

• Experience in a supervisory or team leader role (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• A proactive, problem‑solving mindset
• Confidence working in a fast‑paced environment
• Good IT and communication skills
