Electrician (Full Maintenance Training / Nights)

Salary: £49,000 – £55,000 + Full Training + Overtime (1.5x) + Progression + Benefits + 4 on 4 off Nights

Location: Preston (commutable from Burnley, Blackburn, Leyland, Darwen & surrounding areas)

Are you an Electrician with an electrical qualification looking to take the next step in your career and become a fully qualified Maintenance Engineer through industry-leading on-the-job training? You’ll receive structured training from experienced Maintenance Engineers, gaining hands‑on experience with specialist manufacturing machinery while building the skills needed for a long-term career in engineering.

You will receive comprehensive training across planned and reactive maintenance, fault finding, machinery repair, and continuous improvement techniques. Working alongside experienced engineers, you’ll develop both your electrical and mechanical skillset while gaining exposure to modern automated production equipment.

The Role
