Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Service Engineer to join a Service & Maintenance team of a large FM company, covering the Northwest & Midlands. You will work across a variety of buildings, including commercial offices, high‑rise apartments, and industrial sites, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems combined with install works.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to £43,000 (depending on experience)
- Overtime at premium rates – 1.5x weekdays & Saturdays, 2x Sundays & Bank Holidays
- On‑call bonus £150 per week + 4 hours paid per callout
- Fully equipped van + paid door‑to‑door travel

Key Responsibilities
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. • Perform electrical PPM and install works. • Prepare and submit detailed reports and documentation.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- 18th Edition qualification (Essential)
- Experience in electrical PPM and reactive maintenance, combined with install experience (Essential)
- Knowledge of control systems or PLC’s (Desirable)
- 2391 Test & Inspect (Desirable)
- C&G or NVQ Level 2+ in Electrical Installations (Desirable)
- Full UK driving licence (clean preferred)
- CRB checked (Essential)
- Basic IT skills & report writing ability
