Qualified Social Worker – Child Protection

We are looking to recruit a Qualified Social Worker – Children Protection Team within the Social Care industry in Bexley. The successful candidate will be working in a well‑structured, organised team who are growing their social worker staffing levels. The Qualified Social Worker – Child Protection vacancy in Bexley will be for an initial 3‑6 months, with potential for extension subject to internal circumstance and performance.

Responsibilities

• Initial and Core Assessments
• LAC Reviews
• Giving Evidence
• Managing a varied caseload
• Court Reports
• Section 47s

To be successful

• Qualified Social Worker with HCPC Registration and educated to Degree Level
• Excellent knowledge of therapeutic approaches, relevant legislation, national policy and initiatives
• Experience working with Children and Families
• Eligibility to Work in the UK
