Job Description:

We’re growing and looking for a friendly, organised Customer Service Administrator to join our team in Liverpool.

At Direct Vehicle Glass, we’re one of the North West’s leading independent windscreen repair and replacement specialists, working with insurance companies, dealerships, fleets and private customers.

The Role

You’ll be at the heart of our office, making sure everything runs smoothly and our customers receive a first‑class service.

You’ll be:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails
  • Booking repairs and replacements
  • Scheduling mobile technicians
  • Liaising with insurance companies, dealerships and trade customers
  • Raising invoices and processing payments
  • Keeping customer records accurate and up to date

What we’re looking for

  • Previous office or customer service experience
  • Confident and friendly telephone manner
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Positive, team‑focused attitude

Motor trade experience is an advantage, but not essential.
