Social Worker

Overview

As a Social Worker at Aderyn you will support men with enduring mental health conditions as part of a multidisciplinary team. You will work 22.5 hours weekly.

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload and conduct social care and risk assessments.
• Facilitate group activities and contribute to ICR meetings.
• Oversee internal investigations and liaise with local authorities during admission and discharge processes.
• Educate hospital staff on safeguarding matters and ensure comprehensive social care reassessment.

Qualifications and Experience

Previous experience in the NHS or private care is required. Ability to work independently within a team, strong communication skills and a commitment to safeguarding.
