ABOUT THE ROLE
At a Barchester care home, you will carry out a range of responsibilities to help us deliver the quality care and support our residents deserve. This varied role includes answering the phone, handling files, supporting managers, meeting and greeting visitors, engaging with residents, and showing prospective clients and their families around so they can see what makes us so different. Across everything you do as an Admin Assistant, you will go out of your way to help us create a vibrant, happy environment.
ABOUT YOU
You should be able to multi‑task, possess good computer skills, and demonstrate a confident telephone manner. It is also important that you are a people person, taking a genuine interest in our residents and their families. If you exhibit these qualities, we will offer opportunities to develop your skills with courses designed to build your confidence across all responsibilities.
