Administrative Assistant required for an immediate start with our client in Melksham, paying £13.00 per hour. This is a temporary holiday cover position providing administrative support to the Director and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office and purchasing activities.

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00am to 5:00pm
Duties
- Receiving, processing, and distributing incoming post, emails, and deliveries.
- Answering and directing incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Ordering materials and liaising with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Creating and processing purchase orders using Microsoft Word and Xero.
- Producing delivery notes and maintaining accurate records.
- Providing general administrative support to support the efficient running of the office.
Skills & Experience
- Strong administrative and organisational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Professional communication skills and a confident telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Word.
- Experience using Xero or similar accounting software is preferred.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
