SEN Pastoral Support Worker — 1:1 Mentoring & Wellbeing

Teaching Personnel is seeking a full-time Pastoral Support Worker to support students in SEN school settings across Hampshire. The role focuses on helping young people with additional needs, including emotional wellbeing and behaviour management.

Successful candidates will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams, providing consistent support, mentoring, and guidance to students aged 7-16 with complex needs. A background in education or care is advantageous.
