Responsibilities
- Supporting data quality processes, ensuring information is accurate, complete and up to date.
- Running routine reports and maintaining dashboards to provide clear and accessible performance information.
- Undertaking financial processes, including purchasing, invoice processing and accurate record keeping.
- Providing high-quality administrative support, including organising meetings and delivering clear, detailed and accurate minute taking.
- Maintaining a strong eye for detail across all tasks, particularly when handling sensitive information, performance data and financial records.
- Building positive working relationships with colleagues, partners and professionals, while maintaining a people-focused and supportive approach.
- Confidently using and quickly adapting to new systems, processes and technologies to meet the evolving needs of the service.
