Social Worker – Home First Team – Swansea Council (Morriston Hospital & Community)

£30.50 PAYE / £38 Umbrella3-Month Contract (Initially) | Full-Time

About the Role:

• Primarily hospital-based, supporting individuals to return home safely with the right care and support in place.
• 5 days per week (Monday–Friday)
• Primarily located at Morriston Hospital
• Potential to cover Singleton Hospital, Neath Port Talbot, and Gorseinon
• Combination of hospital and community-based work

What We’re Looking For:

• A relevant Social Work Qualification
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Enhanced DBS registered on the update service or be happy to apply for a DBS
• 3 Years of referencing
• Driving license with access to a car
