Family Help Social Worker – Child Protection Lead

Civic Recruitment Limited is seeking a qualified Social Worker for a permanent position within the Family Help Team in Leominster. This role involves managing a complex caseload and providing high-quality assessments and Family Help Plans for children and families. You will work collaboratively with families and partner agencies to ensure children’s wellbeing and safety.

The ideal candidate will be registered with Social Work England and have experience in a statutory social care setting. A commitment to restorative, child-centred practice is essential. Hours are 37 per week, with a market rate supplement of £5,000.
