About the Role:

We are currently recruiting an experienced CSW Social Worker to join a dedicated Children’s Social Work team in Croydon. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and committed professional looking to make a positive impact while managing a balanced caseload within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of approximately 20 children and families.
• Complete high-quality assessments, care planning, and statutory visits.
• Develop and implement child-centred plans to safeguard and promote positive outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with children, families, carers, and multi-agency partners.
• Prepare clear and accurate reports for meetings, reviews, and court proceedings where required.
• Maintain timely and accurate case records in line with statutory requirements and organisational standards.
• Ensure all practice is compliant with relevant legislation, safeguarding procedures, and professional standards.
