Your impact
In this newly created strategic role you will lead the development and implementation of a robust Information Management (IM) strategy, ensuring compliant, consistent, and efficient delivery across complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
Reporting Structure
Reporting to the Regional Director of Projects, you will work alongside senior capability leaders to shape and deliver project excellence.
Responsibilities
- Lead and implement the IM strategy aligned to project delivery and client needs.
- Build, develop, and deploy high‑performing IM teams across projects and programmes.
- Collaborate with capability leaders to ensure effective resource planning and delivery.
- Drive adoption of best practice, including ISO 19650 and the UK IM Framework.
- Champion innovation, automation, and digital delivery (including AI‑enabled solutions).
- Improve IM maturity and consistency across projects and portfolios.
- Support business performance through governance, assurance, and audit compliance.
- Create an inclusive, high‑performance culture that attracts and retains top talent.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in Information Management within infrastructure or construction.
- Strong understanding of project delivery across multi‑disciplinary environments.
- Expertise in industry standards (ISO 19650, UK IM Framework).
- Experience implementing IM best practice from small projects to major programmes.
- Confident stakeholder influencer with strong communication skills.
- Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
